Where is your shop?

We are an international e-commerce trading company that do not operate a retail shop currently. Our distribution centers are located in US, AU, UK, Ireland and Hong Kong.

All your products are genuine?

We guarantee that they are 100% genuine and produced by the original manufacturer.

We source products from reputable worldwide suppliers and they import products from original manufacturers directly. Since our suppliers are coming from worldwide, there are various country versions that the packaging would be slightly different.

However, the changes of the item normally are very small and will not affect the effect of any particular product.

Can I cancel order?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept order cancellations since our system is highly-automated and orders are processed automatically on hourly basis. No orders can be cancelled or modified after check-out.  

Am I eligible for free shipping?

We offer free STANDARD shipping for all orders AUD39 or above to Australia, United States, United Kingdom and major countries.

Can you combined my orders to save shipping cost?

We regret we cannot combine shipping of different orders as our system is highly-automated and integrated with various platforms. Thus, we suggest you use "Shopping Cart" function if you would like to purchase multiple items at once to save the shipping cost.

When will my order be processed?

Normally, it takes 2-3 business days for us to process your order. You will receive an email notification after the order is dispatched. Also, a tracking no. will be provided.

What payment method do you accept?

We currently accept payment via PayPal only. PayPal allows buyer to pay using major credit card (VISA/ MasterCard) or bank transfer.

What shipping method do you provide? Where is my order dispatched from?

We currently provide standard shipping method only.

Orders may be shipped by USPS, AU Post, Royal Mail, LWE or HK Post. For USPS, the normal delivery time is around 3-7 business days; For AU Post, the normal delivery time is around 5-10 business days; For Royal Mail, the normal delivery time is around 4-6 business days; For LWE, the normal delivery time is around 4-14 business days; For HK Post, the normal delivery time is around 3-14 business days. However, some remote areas may take a longer delivery time.

Shipping courier will be chosen according to our stock level in different warehouse.

What can I do if I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten your password you can reset it by the login page.

Is product X suitable for me?

We are sorry that the effects and reactions of using a skin-care/ cosmetic product vary from person to person. We suggest you check with the brand directly. Or you may visit their official website for more details of the specific product.

How can I track my order?

All orders are shipped with registered mail services. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email notification of shipping confirmation. Please follow the details in the email to track your order. Besides, you may also check this under Order Details after login "My Account"

Haven't received order confirmation email or tracking number?

Please check your junk mail folder.

It is a gift. Can you take out the invoice?

No invoice will be included in all orders. There is a delivery note only and no price will be shown on it.

What languages does your customer service team support?

Our customer service team currently can provide support in English, German, French and Chinese. Contact us here.

To what countries can I ship my order?

We can accept orders ship to Australia, United States, United Kingdom and major countries list here. Due to certain restrictions and regulations, we are unable to ship order(s) to some restricted countries like India, Turkey, Ghana and Nigeria, please contact our customer service team for further details.
