Returns & Cancellations
Belleshopping offers a money back refund for unused & un-opened products (EXCEPT OUTLET products) within 14 days of receipt, please refer to our Return Policy below.
- Buyer needs to contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt and must follow our return policy and procedures for all returns.
- Return item must be purchased from Belleshopping and proof of purchase is required. Proof of purchase can be identified by the original Delivery Note inside parcel and the Belleshopping Product Label on every product, please do not remove any of these.
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Returns sent back without RMA number will NOT be processed. Please ship the return order with RMA number marked on Delivery Note back to us within 7 calendar days of receiving our RMA confirmation email.
- Products must be returned in unused, un-opened and re-saleable condition, including original packaging, Delivery Note & RMA number. If item is opened or used, any refund/ return/ exchange will not be approved.
- Any Outlet/ Clearance/ Early-Expiry items will not be accepted for return or refund.
- All returns must provide a tracking number to us and customer is responsible for the return postage cost.
- If any returned item is found opened/ used, we regret no refund or exchange will be accepted under our Return Policy stated here. And the opened/ used item will not be sent back to you unless you pay the postage cost again.
- After we receive your returned item, we will check and issue a refund back to you. All postage costs cannot be refunded and please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return case.
Fragrances, perfumes, aerosols and products with a flammable label are considered as Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) or Dangerous Goods (DG) and therefore cannot be returned due to logistic restrictions, please check these orders carefully and we are unable to accept returns of these products.
Broken or Defective Items
When you receive your order, please check your parcel and items carefully. If you receive any broken/ defective item(s), please contact the delivery company and notify us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt).
Do not discard any of the box, shipping label, packing slip or the broken/ defective item(s). Take photos of these immediately and send email to us with your order number within 48 hours of receipt. Our Customer Service Team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Unfortunately we cannot accept any order cancellations since our system is highly-automated and orders are processed automatically on hourly basis. No orders can be cancelled.
