Order(s) will be shipped to your confirmed shipping address within 1-2 business days after cleared payment (Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays excluded). Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Occasionally, a few orders may take longer time to process due to invalid shipping address, incomplete payment transaction, suspected fraudulent transaction, order content issues etc. Our customer service team will contact you if your order has been put on hold.
In order to make sure your products are delivered in good condition, all items will be checked, handled with care, wrapped with protective materials and well-packed before sending out.
A packing slip (delivery note) is included inside each parcel to show the content of the package (with no price information).
All orders are shipped with registered mail services. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email notification of shipping confirmation. Please follow the details in the email to track your order. Besides, you may also check this under Order Details after login "My Account"

Please note that the Estimated Delivery Time is for reference only. There may be delays due to peak seasons, custom clearance, remote areas, postal strikes and/or unexpected weather conditions etc. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter, and do not hesitate to contact us if you are unable to receive your order after the Estimated Delivery Time.
Unfortunately we cannot accept order cancellations since our system is highly-automated and orders are processed automatically on hourly basis. No orders can be cancelled after check-out.
Since our system is highly-automated and integrated with various platforms, please use "Shopping Cart" function if you would like to purchase multiple items together. We regret we cannot combine shipping of different orders. In-case your order is too big/ heavy, our system may auto-split to more than 1 shipment upon order-processing, and you will receive more than 1 tracking numbers. Please refer to the packing slips (delivery notes) included inside each parcel to show the content of each package.
Broken or Defective Items
When you receive your order, please check your parcel and items carefully. If you receive any broken/ defective item(s), please contact the delivery company and us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt).
Do not discard any of the box, shipping label, packing slip or the broken/ defective item(s). Take photos of these immediately and send us with your order number within 48 hours of receipt. Our Customer Service Team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Incorrect Address, Refused and Returned Shipments
Please note that if your order is returned to us due to any of the following reason(s): Incorrect Address/ Refused/ Unclaimed/ Undelivered/ Not-collected by buyer-side, upon receipt we will deduct 50% of order amount as restocking & handling fee and refund the remaining amount. If you would like us to re-send your returned order, a RE-SHIPPING FEE 25% of original order amount is required (we accept PayPal). Please contact our Customer Service Team for further details. We strongly recommend buyer to collect the parcel.
Warehouses/ Fulfillment Centres
All products are handled with care and stored in climate-controlled (air-conditioning, humidity control) warehouses in United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland and Hong Kong. Our system will assign the optimal delivery method according to your order content and stock availability. If your order contains more than one product, you may receive them in separate parcels and please refer to tracking number(s) and packing slip(s) for details.
Import Custom Duties, Taxes and Charges (For International Buyers)
Some countries like Australia and USA do not charge customs and duty on small packages while some other countries do. AU orders are tax free up to $1000 AUD while USA orders are tax free up to $800 USD. We are not responsible for any Custom Duties, Taxes and Charges that your country may charge you.
Please note that ANY Import Duties, Taxes and related charges are NOT included in the item price or postage cost. ALL these charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing order. Our company will not bear these charges and we will deduct 50% of your order if your order is refused/ returned due to these reasons. Additionally, we deserve the rights to deduct more in case 50% of order amount cannot cover all Duties/ Postage and Charges related. We strongly recommend buyer to collect the parcel.
